Richard Conley
Founder / CEO
Richard Conley founded Conley Cyber Consulting to deliver practical cybersecurity solutions and go-to-market strategy expertise to organizations and security startups. With a Master of Science in Information Security from Lewis University and over a decade of experience spanning both hands-on security roles and sales engineering leadership, Richard brings technical depth and business execution skills to every engagement. His career includes leadership positions at Reco, Cyware, and Palo Alto Networks, where he built and managed sales engineering teams, designed security architectures for enterprise clients, and developed go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
Before transitioning to the vendor side, Richard implemented security controls and managed compliance programs at the University of Chicago and Joliet Junior College. As employee number seven and founding team member at Revelstoke (acquired), he deployed the company's sales operations infrastructure and drove technical sales cycles from proof of concept through close. This combination of practitioner experience and vendor-side expertise gives Richard a unique perspective on both security program implementation and bringing security products to market effectively.

Muna Conley
Chief of Staff
Muna Conley serves as Chief of Staff for Conley Cyber Consulting, providing operational leadership and organizational management for the firm. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, Muna brings expertise in team coordination, process development, and business operations. Her background in managing budgets, developing efficient workflows, and building high-performing teams ensures the consulting practice operates with the structure and discipline required to deliver consistent client results.
As an elected School Board member for Illinois School District 126 and PTO President, Muna applies strategic planning and stakeholder management skills to complex organizational challenges. Her focus on operational excellence, resource optimization, and clear communication supports Conley Cyber Consulting's mission to provide both technical expertise and reliable execution for clients building and scaling their security programs and go-to-market operations.
